The Monte Antico Toscana is a Super Tuscan from Italy and comes to us from select Tuscan hillside vineyards in the areas of Maremma, Colline Pisane and Colli Fiorentini. The wine is a blend of 85% Sangiovese, 10% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon.
There are many Sangiovese variations throughout Italy. It pairs well with gnocchi with sage and butter sauce, pizza with grilled vegetables and pasta with bolognese sauce.
